I also hope the above is true.

I hope this development means Spie indeed reaps the rewards of his efforts and OC/UK moves up a league ,driven from experience gained from the field Spie / OC/UK has grown into and evolves into a business to really compete with the players in the said league.

I cannot see an addition of this scale to the OC/UK team being driven by anything other than a desire for improvement & expansion in all areas of OC/UK, I will be happy to continue to support such a venture with my business & (probably unwanted!) forum input!

Good luck in his new post to the new MD. :)

rupert, if you are readign this, i hope you enjoy your new job and make OCUK even more successful but do not compromise the fantastic service we have for a higher profits or you may see the opposite happening. also dont expand at a rate that ocuk can't handle. continue the great service and i think you will be more then welcomed into the ocuk community (assuming your not already a long time member of the forums).
