New PC Build Help

Hi Guys,

Looking at getting back into PC gaming after a 10 year hiatus. Last PC was a Socket 939 Athlon, the good ol days!

I want to get back into CSGO, and other FPS as well as the new Witcher. I'm not making it for one these games, but just want a good base for the future.

I don't have anything apart from mousemat currently....

I am looking at solid 1080p gaming, quite keen to try higher refresh stuff. With everything maxed.
I will be ordering this ASAP to build over the weekend! Any help much appreciated.

Rough budget maybe 700-800? Or is this too light??

Ive found an old 500gb HD.
I have got a copy of Windows 8.
But no monitor? Not sure which one to go for?

The PSU is poor.

The RAM is poor ands only 1600MHz

Plenty of monitors out there, the AOC is rated to 1ms response so should be ok.
