A good 850w PSU is still enough for a pair of 6970/7950/7970 cards.

PSU - 850tx corsair

COOLER - Noctua NH-D14
CPU - i7 2600k

RAM - ripjaws x 8gb ram

GPU - 6950 2gb

HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 2tb

MOBO - Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-GEN3 Intel Z68

MONITOR - dell 2560x1440

Still dont understand the idea of getting a i7 CPU (its features are wasted in games) showed you a link in post#3

Im getting it for only 40pounds more so i think its worth it

He's laughing at your desire to have over the top stuff not needed for this spec, the money saved could get other items (GFX card) that will make a difference in games.

Yeah idk, but OP if you get a 2500k with a z68 mobo you will beable to OC it to 4.5 easily and that'll perform on par with a 2600k in gaming anyway. Only get the i7 if you are going to be doing video editing or what-not..

A 6970 does well in the game at 2560X1600, a 6950 isnt much slower than a 6950.

SLI+Crossfire at 8X/8X and part of the Ultra Durable3 range, looks good too

Yes you can install from a USB stick no problem, I usually do.

You'll need a copy of the Windows files of course, either from a disc or downloaded.
