New pc isnt working!

Ok well its all working now,
When i put my graphics card in and plug power in etc i just get a blank screen :/
When i unplug from there turn off pc, plug into onboard it works perfect....
Any ideas?

What is the make/model number of your PSU? If you can't find this, what does it say on the rating sticker?

Also, is the 6 pin PCIe power cable connected to the graphics card?

Are you connected via vga or DVI, double check the monitor to see what input channel your on - this has happened in the past :)

Try a CMOS reset.

No sorry...I cant get to bios though? or you mean go through onboard....then set then restart?
RJC I am 100% set on dvi and i used the same dvi to connect to onboard

set bios to display from the adaptor? and not the onboard?

+1 definitely check this out, you will need to revert back to the onboard graphics to set it.

Also, are you able to verify that the card actually works? Have you seen it work recently in other systems or do you have another PCIe capable system that you can briefly test it in?

I bought it off MM, And no unfortunatly!!!
Can i go into bios, Set to use graphics card then go out...plug dvi back into gfx and turn back on again?

I dont have another unfortunatly...
Which one of these options do i choose as primary video controller:
GFX0-GPP-IGFX-PCI
GPP-GFXO-IGFX-PCI
PCI-GFXO-GPP-IGFX
IGFX-GFXO-GPP-PCI

I would probably go with the third option.

Edit: First option looking at the manual.
