Can someone transfer those pictures into this thread properly, I can't see them.

sounds like either:
- gpu not correctly in its slot
- gpu power cables not connected (check both ends)


Connections can come loose during shipping, it's not unusual to have to check it over, they'd run you through it on the phone if you called them. I would have thought there'd be instructions to that effect in the box too.

No answer on the phone only instructions is a quick set up guide nothing about checking inside

So what was the issue?

Looks like the gpu is an asus one... that has a quiet mode where the fan only spins when needed so the lack of fans spinning might not be an issue.

Can you look for a little switch near the power cables on the gpu, it will allow you to switch from quiet to performance mode or vice versa. Set it to performance and it should force fans to spin all the time, if they still don't spin then there's a bigger issue.

So what was the issue?

I unplugged what a could see and put everything back in and push the graphics card and heard a click thank you I'm not very tecky
