Well your RAM is running at 1333MHz (666x2).
So try enabling XMP profile in the advanced memory section.
Also update the boards BIOS by downloading the latest from Gigabyte, extracting the file and placing on a USB stick and then within the BIOS click on Qflash and update from the drive.
You may want to do this as when the CPIU is underload the Vcore CPU-Z reports maybe a lot higher than it actually needs.
TO see what Vcore the board is feeding your CPU, keep CPU-Z open on the frequency section that shows the Vcore and try running Cinebench R15 or something along side and see what the Vcore value jumps upto.
