Yes and no. But from what I've been hearing, we were all set to keep him on as manager, Jim Phipps and others had a meeting over the weekend re: next season, Nigel has said something along the lines of 'I won't change' and he's now been given his P45.

I really hope not, Radio Sheff seem to think Parkinson at Bradofrd too, I don't want either, give me Adkins.
I really want Adkins or Warburton, but I wouldn't be totally against Parkinson - He has promotions on his CV!
Radio Sheff were bigging him up by saying he took Bradford up and also to a cup final, Nige was only one game off a FA Cup final last year and we got rid so I don't see how Parkinson is any different.

Have you been listening to Radio Sheffield? Has he got any promotions on his CV? If not, we don't want him.
He's on a much lower budget and still wasn't far behind us, I'd not be totally against giving him a chance to build something - Though he isn't what I would call a target (IMO). I just hope its made clear to whoever is appointed that Promotion is the one and only aim for the season. We have had enough cup runs.
