Not really, we're blokes, we all collectively suck at fashion. I'd want some advice if people gave it.

It does look messy I agree haircut is on my list before new year 
I don't have to lace everything with 'in my opinion', it goes without saying. I didn't even critique the shirt. Wrist bands do 2 things for image:
1) Make you look like a teenager, because lots of teenagers wear them and most adults don't; and
2) Make you look charitable.
The effect of 2) then flavours your whole image as 'nice', which arguably taints any other style you have going on.
