How to know?
She might have just really made an effort to attract or impress someone she really loves working with, going that extra mile in the hope to be noticed.

Its good to work with good looking staff. Fit, young, able bodied, not fat, willing to you young staff, adds vibrancy to any workplace. We certainly find this anyway.
