I'm supposed to be able to capture a screen shot using the "PrtScn" key but nothing happens when I press it; just updated driver etc from Microsoft for the Natural MultiMedia keyboard so it shouldn't be that.

Never tried before so dunno if it was working previously.

All ideas welcome on how to ...
1) get the key working
2) capture a screen shot

Press the Print Screen button.
Open your graphics program.
Choose Edit>Paste or the equivalent.

Thanks for trying to help but I already said that nothing happens when I press the key (PrtScr).

It won't.
What did you expect to see when you press "Prt Scrn"?
You press the button and nothing will happen, however in the background it has taken a screen dump and placed it on the clipboard.
Now open your graphics package (or MS Paint) and do a paste - one screen capture for you to do with as you please.

Also try holding the Alt Gr + PrtSCn at same time...

No idea why but I have this vauge memory of something that means that should work...

IIRC, that copies the current window that you have open.

Yeah, I knew it did something different just could not for the life of me remember what :)

Thank you for refreshing my memory.

Just got back to this; sorry to take so long to reply.

Thanks people; It was as you suspected, I'm old and useless!! :p ..... I was expecting "something" to happen as I pressed the key.

Thanks again for all the assistance.
