New PSU advice?

I am looking to buy new PSU and came across this,

MSI MAG A850GL or Corsair RM850x SHIFT.​

Which one to go for guys warranty is better with Corsair but is it better?

SHIFT is better (if your case supports side mounted cables), MSI's comparable PSU is the A850G.

So which one would you choose out of A850G or the SHIFT ( im not bothered about cables, just quality and performance).

The Shift, it's the better unit.

It has side mounted cables however, which as mentioned by tetras wont fit in some cases.

From what I can see in reviews, the A850G and SHIFT are both built by CWT and the components listed for each model are very similar, but the SHIFT is supposed to have been updated with the revised 16-pin (12V-2x6) connector, is likely to be higher volume (so might have been improved/modified more, relative to the MSI) and Corsair's support used to have the better reputation.

Another option is the Asus 850w tuf gaming.

Its worth spending a little bit more and going 1000w. Consider the phantek amp which is platinum rated for £130.
