Just recently setup a raid0 configuration using two WD 250Gb drives, everything works fine, read/write performance is great but for some reason chkdsk wants to run all the time, and when it does it hangs at 66% stage 2, only way to boot into windows is to skip it.
If i run chkdsk within windows it again crashes at 66%, any idea's why this could be and are there any alternatives to chkdsk that could solve the problem if one exists.
OS is Vista Ultimate 64
