Currently I have w7 but that's on my lappy which I wi be keeping for work purposes so really I have no os.

The screen idleman suggested I wasn't impressed with on the video review I saw. I left out storage HDDs as you said you have plenty, you could up the SSD capacity I suppose.

It's a reader not a writer in my spec

He could playback bluray movies or with the correct software "rip" them in full HD to his HDD for playback on the PC or other devices. The i5k supports quicksync which helps boost video encoding tasks and the nvidia GPU has CUDA which is also widely used by software too.

Just a Quick check before I order to ensure I am Spot on with what I will be needing for the build, I think I have sifted through and chosen the best parts of the proposed builds and come away with a decent set up?

Also decided against a Blu Ray drive as I won't really need/use it, I just presumed PC games would start to be released BR disks but I guess for now there's no real need.

Any criticism will be very much appreciated

That's with the upgraded cooler. Would you still suggest downgrading the psu if I were too go for 2 graphics cards in the near future or would a 750 still power both cards?

The 750w will be fine. The only reason we all specced the 850w, was because it was on offer and the difference between the 2, made the 850w a nice deal.
