What is usually the difference for any product on here been OEM and retail ?
It depends.
For hardware OEM normally just means that there won’t be any pretty packaging, and the bundled accessories (cables, software, etc.) may not be included. There may also me a difference in the warranty terms, the most obvious example is Intel processors. If it’s an OEM part it always pays to check what you’re actually getting.
The Windows OS is a different matter, but it’s a complicated issue best not discussed here.
