Cancelled then tried to sign up in partner's name. It's what we've done the last 3 years, this year they aren't having it.
Shame as they've lost me as a customer now!

My mini Q is in the room directly above and it drop picture all the time. Not usable so far. I've moved it about and slung it under the bed and upside down but it keeps doing it despite all other devices hitting 100mbps wireless from my virgin hub 3. I think the Q silver gives out a weak wifi to the q mini. Not sure what to do. The 4k is of varying quality depending on the show chosen, the david Attenborough stuff is great but remastering old films is not.

You'll probably find it's the junk Virgin hub that's your problem there ;)

Only use my Hub3 in modem mode but it's totally solid. From what I've heard the 2AC and 3 hubs are pretty damn good and better than the rubbish most DSL providers fob you off with. At least VM allow you to use your own router which is more than Sky do, I believe.
 
At the moment, you can get Sky Q 2TB + mini box, with cinema, box sets and a reward of either TV, £100, laptop or tablet - £32.50 a month + £10 setup. You can even go as far as getting the £10 setup wiped off
