You might want to do a search for a tesco voucher code as well.. I am pretty sure they are currently doing one for a tenner off orders over £75 thats how i got my 3DS for silly cheap a while back..

Yeah but with the tesco one you can choose the game you want ! and the play cash back is only 1% compared to Tesco's which is 8%

my Hori screen protectors have arrived and are Gloss, not matte for anyone wondering. The second image shows how much of the face of the vita is covered by the protector.

I think I might actually stick with digital downloads, so for me that would mean getting hold of the cheapest 3G model (does a 8GB memory card come in the box as standered?) I'll also need a £5 top up and a 32GB memory card.

If I fill the memory card with games will I be able to back them up on computer and put them back on again when I want to?

It was £285 but the prices have dropped a little and it's now £280. Then I can just top up my 3G card with £5 and I get Wipeout as well

I've also got the following coming.

Uncharted
Lumines
2 Hori screen protectors
Thrustmaster VIP case
32GB card

and will get Motorstorm RC, Escape Plan and Super Stardust Dela from the PSN.

Now that they are all fighting for business a few of them are almost identical.

There is only one 3G model, and the cheapest I've seen it is £260 at Toys are Us but they have no bundles. Amazon are doing it for £265 with an 8GB card and one of 5 games for £15 if you want them.

Spot on with the £5 top up, and the 32gb memory cards can be ordered from Planetaxel.com for about £65 posted.

You can transfer all your files to and from the Vita using the content manager app which is on it.

Thats going to be tricky to apply! Will look into it, definatly needs one!

But even with Tesco's quidco cashback, you'll still only get to Play's price. Plus the Play bundle has a 8GB memory card versus 4GB from Tesco.

The Tesco game choice is limited too. If it had Uncharted though I would have gone for that!

Oh yeah. I didn't see that. The games I want with any bundle is either uncharted or fifa !

No. You can get the 3G from anywhere in the country. They all come with a Vodafone sim and you just top it up with £5. If you WERE to buy from Vodafone you'd also get a 4gb memory card. But there are plenty of better offers out there.

It's actually supposed to be very easy. You remove that bit of yellow tape and stick the protector to the top of the Vita. Then you hold the protector flat with one hand while the other pulls the white paper (with the instructions on) out which takes the main bulk of the bottom layer with it. Then there are a couple of separate little ones for the fiddly bits.

Then the Morrisons deal might be better unless you want 3G.

£250 gets you the WiFi, 4gb card, Fifa, pre order pack and a £25 Morrisons voucher. And they are selling Uncharted for £35. So you put your voucher towards that and hey presto

bah meant to edit that into the above. nm. One more isn't going to hurt.

God all these bundles are confusing - whats the effective price of a 8Gb card and a game from Amazons bundle (less than £50 I presume) - trying to work if my standalone Game preorder is worth moving...

The 8GB card is on Amazon for £28, and most of the £15 games are listed at £30-33 except for Asphalt which is £19 I think.

So the £15 saving on a game and the £28 on the card is £43. Plus the WiFi is now £215. So for £230 you get a game, a WiFi and a 8GB card. What was your pre order? Just the Vita?

The 3G one is now not a bad option. Because it only costs £5 to get Wipeout for free the effective price is just £25 higher than if you bought the WiFi. For me, that's "I'll take a punt on it" territory.

I got the 3G Vita for £230 from GAME, unsure if I get the preorder pack as its a very old preorder. So most going 3G solely because of the Wipeout offer? Guess that makes sense.. Really trying to work outif this deal is too good to cancel as Im still on the fence...

We'll £230 is just the RRP for the console. And you'll probably get the Pre Order bonus but that won;t include a memory card.

Seems silly to keep one at that price when there are much better offers going.

You might want to check on that price mate. The 3G hasn't been on offer anywhere for less than £260. Hope it is correct though!
