New sport/hobby required

good afternoon, I have a kinetic trium x 2017, and I can't find the measurements of the rope, cable and bus cable. Also I have a question about the static timing of the pulley, do you have any markings, or do you know where the adjustment should be? it has holes but no marks and it is impossible with the ropes that currently has to get it to match, should they go through any? I'm going crazy.

10m long by 10mm thick for the rope. Bus cable should be double decker type.

The pulley timing should be approximately 3pm and the ropes should pass through it at approximately 4.30.
 
Signed up for watercolor classes, curious how it will go.
Couple of weeks ago i didn't have time for any of the hobbies and barely slept 5 hours a day.

I am quite a bit older than you. I worked until I was 68 years old. Around that time I got a dog. If you have problems with your physical activities you might enjoy having a gentle stroll with a dog. As it happens I had got seriously ill in hospital for quite a few weeks. I recovered well enough to go home. I still have the dog - he is my best buddy. But it is not just that. It is also a social thing. We meet and greet friends and their dogs so maybe that could have a positive slant for you socially.
