However, to address the above comments regarding reliability - Steelseries mice are some of the most reliable which we sell.
Rival 700 we sold 316 units with 8 units RMA'd
Of these 8 units 4 were faulty. The other 4 were returned unwanted in the first 2 weeks.
Failure rate of 0.01%
Steelseries QcK Heavy Mouse mat we have sold 1489 units with 9 returned.
All of these were unwanted returns in the first 2 weeks.
