We've done a migration to Cisco 7940s over 3 sites, about 2500 phones all in all. :)

I had very little to do with it, but it went pretty smoothly.

The email I sent you Wardie: The company I mentioned about the voice stuff also handle VOIP to perfection! (see their client list, which handle a few thousand calls daily)
 
Been using Nortel VOIP kit at our place and it's been fine with it only going wrong due to user error rather than the kit itself (someone configured a phone with the same IP as one of the sig servers...).
 
Were quite big into RFID, one of the bosses here at work is on an RFID committe and looking at your location, if you are in Barrow, your just 40 mins from us.

What sort of industry are you guys involved in and if you don't mind me asking, who do you work for?
