New Test Drive Unlimited Screens

Have to say it does look rather good!

Wish a game would add actual time changes though as you race......Not specific Day/Night races only....Day > Evening > Night.......Doesn't even appear to any night races on Test Drive anyway from what i can see.........bah :(

EA didn't make it though. Much like EA didn't make the Burnout games.

Can you go offroad in these games? Or do you hit an invisible wall? If you can go offroad, off mountains and through the sides of houses I will probably get it.
 
So are you just going to be able to drive free rome on this game ie just drive round the city on bikes and in cars but not actually racing?

Definitely. I got it for £20 from Electronics Boutique on the Dreamcast in 2001 (I believe), neither me nor my mate touched anything else for well over a month. The track making section was just awesome fun.

If you find yourself getting sick of the Ford Mustang you've been tooling around in and need a few more dollars to snag an Aston Martin, posting the car for purchase online may be your best option. You could also sell it in the offline mode.

I soooo want this game to be good, but still get the nagging feeling that it will be a letdown.

I can see it being one of those games where the cars just dont feel right, but everything else is spot on, and being a real shame.

Likewise. Trying not to let the hype get the better of me this time. Looks tops though and I love freeform roaming games like this.

Quite sloppy modeling, there's not enough polygons in that, it looks sharp and rushed. Also, the cars are too shiny, shiny cars annoy the hell out of me!

I do like the garage it's in though.
