An SNR margin and attenuation would be useful too.
Assuming that's stable, I'd have expected you'd be on the 7Mbps profile, or at least moving in that direction.
Trying the master socket's a sensible thing to try (given you're 32kbps off full rate), but unless the modem's disconnecting and resynching at a rate greater than or equal to 2272kbps (minimum for 2Mbps), but less than 2848kbps (minimum for the next profile step, 2.5Mbps), it's unlikely to do much to help. Looks more like a case of Sticky Profile Syndrome.
They should be able to see all the sync events, and you could monitor the sync rate but that depends on what options the HH has...

They have now got me removing the front plate of the master socket to plug directly into the test socket to see if the speed improves after 6 hours. They are saying this will confirm whether its a fault with the front of the master socket or the line to the house.
