New to PC's budget £2000-£2500

So you hold the radiator to the front of the case (from the inside) - then hold the 1st fan over the rad (so the fan is closest to the motherboard, not the radiator) then put the 4 screws through both fan/rad into the case. At this point the rad/fan should be fairly secure in the case. Then same again for 2nd fan and done.

Also I'd recommend placing the radiator with the pipework coming from the top so it'll route better. Don't fit the rad so pipes come from the bottom or it'll likely get in the way of your GPU.

Sorry I'm thinking of another case so not explained well, but you can still do what I said... so if you look at this guy's build here - he's mounted the rad on the fans, but not used the Asus fans as well for some reason. So he's just got a 'push' configuration going. Rather than push/pull. Think he's used them on the rear/top instead actually lol.

So if you install the fans on the radiator first outside the case, pop the case front panel off so you can see the screws holding the preinstalled case fans - I think you'll need to use the longer screws to go through both the preinstalled fan and into the radiator to hold it in place. Hopefully that makes more sense this time? :p

If you're really struggling, but just wanna get the build running, then ignore the AIO fans for now and do what the guy in the photo has done. Just install the radiator against the front preinstalled case fans. That way you've at least got a push config going. Then figure out the push/pull order and screws etc after.

Edit: These guys have got it right, here and here.

Yup.

If you look at the 3 photo links in my previous post, you can see the order as to how things should go and look ;)

The last 2 links those guys have done it fully in a push/pull config using the AIO's fans as well. The first guy just used the radiator against the preinstalled fans only.

@Sparx
Right, discovered that I've only got 15 posts so these will probably get longer and longer. Soz.

OK, think I've got that sorted (maybe), what about the leads from the fans, think theyre the rgb but I can only see one connection thats labeled rgb.
Where does the WiFi antenna plug into?
And I think that's it for now

WiFi antenna screws onto the motherboard backplate, where all your USBs and Ethernet are etc... You'll see the 2 gold connectors to fit them onto. Then you just rest/position the antenna on top of your case or something.

Fans, if I remember right you can route the cables behind the back and connect them up - then the case already has an integrated controller, which then just plugs into the motherboard header.

If you check the manual (here or the paper one you'll have) it shows you the cables and where to connect them.

@Sparx
Okiedokie.
So I've tried to separate the wires out a bit, I've got the Power SW, Reset SW, HDD LED through to the front of the motherboard but I don't have a clue where they actualy go...

Also how do you send pictures on here so I can actually show what I'm doing?
Thanks :)

Look at page 1-19 of your Asus motherboard manual, it's the 'System panel header' ;)

See the bottom right of the motherboard, you'll see pins that have small font engraved on the motherboard stating which pin is which. But the manual shows you more clearly which to connect where.

Best way is to route the cables at the top behind the back of the motherboard neatly, then bring them out on the bottom-right where you're going to connect them. Keeps your cables looking tidy :)

Pictures, just upload them to either www.imgbb.com or www.imgur.com - then paste the links here once uploaded.

I think you've got the AIO pump plugged in the CHA_FAN1 header, rather than AIO_PUMP which is just next to it?

You've fit the radiator the other way round to what I explained though :p I think if you try to put the GPU in, the pipes will be in the way... You might get away with it, but I'd flip it around.

Ideally you should flip the radiator so the pipes are coming from the top of the case, so it's not near the GPU. I'd also flip the AIO on the CPU itself, so the pipework on that is orientated to the top too. It should mean you can route the AIO_PUMP connector cable neater, as you can tuck it around the edge of the pump and then plug it into the AIO_PUMP header. If that makes sense?

The white fan connector cables you've got dangling, you can route them just at the top of the case behind the motherboard, then bring them back out near the headers you connect them too, if you wanna make them look tidier also. :)

For the case switch cables (power sw, reset etc) do you know where they go now from my last post? I'd route those also behind the motherboard tray at the top, then bring them up through the bottom hole of the case - so they're on the bottom right of the mobo so you can connect those up neatly as well.

Edit: Just to take a little bit of inspiration from (cable routing wise), I've added a photo of my PC just to give you an idea how best to route your cables to keep things relatively neat. So you can also see my case connectors route round back and come out to the bottom right to my motherboard, and my AIO radiator pipes are at the top instead of bottom? You want it something like that.

Edit2: Lol just saw the imgur album name. You love the bane of building PCs, it's good fun ;)
