New to pcs looking for help :(

Recon this is worth a try tonight ?
I did try switching between the graphics card and the integrated card on the motherboard , but didn't work :/

With the hdmi in "integrated " if I turn computer off them turn it On it just goes straight to windows start up
With it set on the graphics card it shows the green screen

Then if I don't press anything it will go onto the start up of windows

Think it might have Sumet to do with my tv?

With the tv set to "pc" anologe lead "which is the actually graphics card(9800)
Turn it on it does this straight away

Then this

that's wierd so your saying now that you can't get into the bios somethings up when you turn it on with the integrated graphics does it take a while before the screen shows anything? do you have a pc monitor you could use

It does take a while to show up on the hdmi but of I turn the tv to pc then u can still see the green asus on there but then it goes off then if I switch back to hdmi it shows the windows load up , I'll borrow the monitor from the pc room upstairs sure my brother won't mind haha I think it is to do with the tv tho , it's only 3months old the tv I'll give it a try when I get home tonight thanks again

Shall I overclock through the CPU reference clock mhz or just use the auto overclock which is best ?

I'd not recommend pushing a manual overclock without that replacement PSU for now, it would be pointless until you have the other components anyway.

In the mean time have a read up on the overclocking guides floating around here for a good understanding on what you can achieve. Overclocking is far from a basic skill and there are multiple things to consider before attempting yourself.
