Bare in mind there are different versions depending on how much you weigh. The ones I've got are rated between 10.5 ands 12 stone.

One of my friends , friend has these dislocated his left knee about 3 times in 7 months :P healthy , i guess if you have strong legs / it wouldnt matter

OK, so what's it going to be first? Fractured wrist, dislocated knee, skull fracture, broken collarbone or smashed nose?

Can we start a sweep please?

Speaking as yermum, please be careful, wear wrist supports, knee pads and don't drink and powerise. It may look incredibly funny for us, but I'm sure it wouldn't be for you.

I've spent another £40 on pads and a helmet, although I'll look like someone from SWAT I should be able to cope with grass.

You will need these. I made an adult pogo stick that goes about 4-5 feet up. When that spring catches you with your legs bent it literally fires them into your chest. You get a good high bounce and you're off balance you are a bloody long way up and about to land on a meaty steel contraption with a huge spring on it :D

Needless to say everyone who as ridden my pogo stick has got hurt :D

After looking at this thread I went and ordered some.

I'm so easily sold. Other people say some products I should buy.

BB Minigun... can you imagine running around on those things wielding one of these? http://www.montysminiguns.com/MyMiniFull.htm

I know a young lady who had a pogo stick........until she mis-timed a jump, resulting in the pogo stick hitting her under the jaw, smashing that and several of her front teeth. She is still having problems 4 years on.

Remember, Poweriser - not just for Christmas - you can get into A and E anytime.

Here we go, here's mine:

145lb car spring and a fake Allstar for the foot ;)

Oh sweet, if I wasn't a poor student, I would have one of these in a shot. Hopefully I can get another job in a few weeks, and ill save up for a pair :)

I would just wait till one of the spring breaks and fires you through the air uncontrollably. The guy in the youtube video looks like he could probably do somersaults without the springs.

Just waiting for all the youtube videos of people springing 6ft in the air and landing nuts first on a pole. Doing somersaults and snapping their back in half and stuff like that.

I'll watch but I won't buy them ;).

Damn I want some of these, however the ones for my weight are sold out. I wouldn't want to take the risk of getting ones which were rated too light! I'd get some funny looks running from Putney to Hammersmith on these!
