I have a few Q's:
1. How quickly did it take you to learn how to walk/run in these things?
2. Can these be used on soft ground, such as grass fields or can it only be used hard surfaces?
3. Do you feel safe enough to use these things on a busy street/road, say on your way to work?

I have a few A's: ;)

1. It took me a few hours to comfortably stand and walk on them, another hour or so to jog in them.
2. They can be used on soft ground but you tend to slip up on mud etc so it's not advised. Really dry dirt would probably be ok to walk in but I wouldn't jump on anything other then a hard surface.
3. I've been on them for about 10 hours now and I'd confortably walk down the road with them on.

Well I came out with Chris today and took a few photos of him in action;

Chris and Dave running back from the ice cream van where they bought, err, fanta?

I had a go myself, not sure if Chris took any photos of this but if he did they wouldn't be very dramatic, just me stumbling around a lot. These things are harder to use than they look! I'd imagine they would be good fun though when you get enough practice with them :)

My little cousin got a pair of these for Christmas. My uncle got them on the cheap on his travels to Germany.

He smashed his face into the fence at the end of the garden about 4 times on Christmas day but hes a trooper and he carried on and about 15 minutes later he was sprinting on them and stopping on a button!

Doesn't bother riding his bike anymore to his friends etc, just whacks his PowerIzers on! :D

Oh, and his don't have homosexual pink bits. :p

Have you had any accidents since you 1st used them?
Bugged up ya knees etc?

No real accidents although I'm getting pains in my left knee if I have a long stint on them.

Oh My. I want some!! Burnsy you should now stop using the helmet and padding, then you will look 1337 and get all the ladies :)

Sod that! The first time I went out without any pads I got a huge graze on my knee which has only just healed.

Those pads have saved my arse more times then I care to remember.
