I wouldnt call them Trainers, I wuld call them Casual shoes.

No, they're definitely trainers. Retro trainers are the best, the OPs are just trying a little too hard.

They're mi-shaped and appear distressed without being worn. They're slightly too old style to be cool. They're like a mk1 MR2. OK in their own right, but slightly too early to be cool now.

DCs are trainers.. Dc Shoe Co.. as in the skate trainers. They're pretty good.
