It should be, yes. I think Nossmayo may not have realised that the 2nd round of fixtures came around so quickly, he's usually got a few days between weekends for the Premier League games.
I'll start a cheap imitation of one of his threads for the 2nd round of fixtures.

Everyone would have lost, new game would start. Can't remember what has happened in the past, it's possible that if everyone remaining drew then they'd just go to the next round and pick again.
The thing is that didn't happen, you didn't win and are therefore out, you can't just go back and pick a winning team

Nothing wrong with having faith in England, everything wrong with picking a team who are playing one of the favourites however.
