Nowt will beat interview with a vampire.
I thought the movie was quite a good depiction of the book, but beside that I'm just not keen on Anne Rice's view of how people work. All her characters are self absorbed manic depressives. She's one of those authors that when you read her work, you can tell you're reading into her mind. Its very personal and so everything she writes just leaves me with a horrible feeling.Interview with a vampire is homoerotica.
More Vampires?
They've ruined campires, sorry vampires, it's now cool to like them and they're all nice and loving ect ect.

Anyway I'm going off topic
Quite a mixed set of reviews so far for Daybreakers. Dont think I'll bother going to see it.
The best Vampires within the last decade were the monstrous ones from 30 Days of night. They had none of this modern culture "woe-is-me" attitude. They just got straight to Vampire business and didn't hang about![]()
Let the Right One In - is the best vampire film.
Saw this the other day wasn't that great to be honest.
Tis beautifully subtle... But a little is lost from the book (I believe). Great flick though, and it will be interesting to see what the US remake is like...
