New video iPod's *REAL* pictures!

Forgot to post this yesterday when I seen it. Apparently these are real pictures of the new 4" full face video screen ViPod due for release end March/Early April.

They look mighty amazing, and I cannot see them being fake.

I can now finally replace my iPod with something, and feel like it's justified! :D

I'm definately gonna get me one.

I guess you don't get it. The new iPod's have a no hard controls as such, it's all done as a UI on the video screen, hence why it looks like a picture the screen is showing a virtual scroll wheel, and the screen is touch sensetive.
 
No I think you dont get it, i understand the concept but those pictures look like someone took a few pictures of an ipod video, took a random picture off the net, resized it and cropped it onto the center of the ipod with a black line as a border.
 
Look at the fact the pictures are in good lighting are not at all blury and the third picture with the pod in the dock makes it look 99% real. I guess we'll see in a few weeks when Apple show these products for real.
 
Yeah some of those pictures are convincing, but some arent either, guess your right though, I think the real Ipod will probably look very similar to that.
 
yeh looks good in a display at a show, or in the box.

Thats very good, wish i could use photoshop. How do you get the effect of the TFT pixels though like on the pic on that link from the OP?

I may be a total dunce and that may be a easy effect to employ but i dont know how to use photoshop.It does look fake though if you look closer, like the bleeding of the colours.

The video posted above is fake as well lol!
Have a look through the IpodWizard site (I'm not gonna link at the mo, not sure of the status of it), specifically the threads on it.

To be precise, the number 7 on the label is not present in the video, and the plug is very different.

A lot of the others have also been slated because of reflections etc, and I suspect that none of these are 'real' per se- There will be buttons somewhere.

i'll believe it when i see it to be honest, i can just imagine the battery life of such a device going by the current ipod videos life for playing videos.

Whilst the touch screen interface is nice, i think i'll pass on it myself, as given apples record on scratching i wouldn't feel too confident after a couple of weeks use, half the screen is blurry when viewing video.
