You have to love watches, as timepieces and in terms of their engineering - if you donl't it clearly makes no sense, if you do they are fantastic enduring things, interests, hobbies.

on mine the dial rotates from 0-30 in white and then again in red ( 30-60 ) so with the white halfway across it is at 15 seconds and at 45 with the red half way across

The second hand on the main face probably only rotates when you're using the chronograph.

Mine does this, but I assumed it was to save power, Citizen eco-drive and all.
