Hi all, firstly I would like to say hi to all the members and staff on the board as this is my first post :)

I am thinking of getting a new website designed and built for me, I was wondering if you guys could give me a guide on prices and also protential revenue I could get in the future from this venture.

the is the Original Site I would like to base my ideas on, me and a few of my mates have recently signed up to this site and have been playing against other members for a few days now and it is so fustrating e.g. we are signed up to the Fifa 10 league we have played 9 and lost nine, we have come up against other teams such as the french five times Fifa 10 champion and others like this, this is the main problem I find with the site there are no different leagues based on players skill levels for e.g. there are 800 teams in the Fifa 10 league so beginners like me and my friends have to play teams that are first and second in the league what I would like is a website similar but with different leagues depending on members skill levels and with a type of promotion relegation for e.g. look at the English football leagues you have Prem, 1st, 2nd e.t.c.

any thoughts and advice would be gratefully received, thanks.
 
If you want to make money from a site like that you need to do it with with real passion, not for the money.

If you just want to make money online find a high mavity product on clickbank, get someone to make you a landing page, send ppc traffic, bank $$.

The only thing is that there is a lot of trial and error and I spent maybe $5k on ads testing 13 campaigns to find two winners.

That said, i now have two profitable sites (both one pagers lol) which make $300-$500 a day on autopilot.

I'm not really doing it for the money more because I can't find a site like it on the web, as long as I can make my money back on the cost of the setup I will be happy as long as the site is successful
 
Ballpark figure of £10,000+ to put together I'd estimate. You'd also need a decent hosting package which wouldn't be cheap.

That is just the nature of clickbank products and whether they are scams is in most cases irrelevant.

If a customer buys a 6-pack-in-7-days type product you can be 100% sure they will never follow it though so what does it matter if it doesn't work? My only concern is that the method could be darngerous which is why I don't promote products in that particular niche.

6 in 7 days? What? :confused: Are you meaning like weight loss pills or something?

Eitherway it does seem like a bit of a con, you see websites like these springing up all the time.

Have you actually received any money?

You have got to be kidding, I just said I spent $5k developing them and countless hours of research and you want me to give them away.

If you are interested in this stuff try wickedfire forums or iranjava. People are happy to help but they will not give away their profitable landing pages.

If you own a "profitable" website but aren't prepared to link to it then I have to come to one of two conclusions. One, you're spouting ****, or two, it's a scam. Or both. Why else wouldn't you want people to see it? :rolleyes:
 
It is an information service. There is no SEO involved because all traffic is pay per click.

This is going completely OT now. The bottom line is that there are people making a heck of a lot of money online and i mean clearing $xx,xxx a day from their bedrooms. If you don't want to believe it or be a part of it then fine.

That's a lot of tax to be paying, I assume you pay tax on them ?
