Newb after some advice

Cool thread..ive just bought the extreme 4 Z77 gonna buy bits monthly, helped me sort out the ram because i was thinkin about the hyper x aswell but only have win7 32bit so will only be installing 4GB i want the game to play batt 3 with decent frame rates so can u guys recommend a cpu. Is a 3570k overkill, I will probably be overclocking,not much tho. And lastly....i was thinking about a low profile cooler such as the arctic coolers against those big muckle ones...are they any good or any recommendations,just personal prefrence but could be swayed to the gelid tranquillo .
 
With the spec above am i going to be ok to run the stock cpu cooler for a month then upgrade. I doubt ill be overclocking as i dont know too much about it
