Thank you for providing that information. Looking at your traceroute, the latencies start from the SBC Global AT&T. We've received multiple reports from users on the AT&T network related to a sharp degradement in speeds to/from our servers. At this time, the only solid information that we have is that this is only affecting AT&T customers.
In the meantime, it would be wise to try each and every one of our available ports to troubleshoot this:
Ports: 23, 25, 80, 3128, 7000, 8000, 9000
SSL: 443, 563, and 8080
