Im looking for a new hard drive :)

firstly, i'v seen a
250 Gb Western Digital WD2500JS Caviar SE, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 8MB Cache, 8.9 ms

and i'v found a local shop that sells a
Hard Disk Drive 250GB SATA II 300 Western Digital (800660) WD2500JS

are these the same drives? the code number (WD2500JS) is the same, but only 1 mentions the "caviar" model name. Does this make a difference?

p.s are these good drives for the money? (just over £50)

They're the same drive. "Caviar" is WD's desktop hard drive range, same as Hitachi's "Deskstar" & Seagate's "Baracuda". It's just one shop has decided to include it in their description and one hasn't, probably due to limited field lengths in their back end systems.
