This is a difficult one to call, it's hard to say how good he is. Will be interesting to see how he does.

Indeed, dont know how this is going to turn out for Everton but in the 10 or so yrs they had Moyes, they didnt get anywhere close to CL football iirc.

So with Roberto, i still cant see them getting anywhere close...mind you this is a huge step up for Martinez as hes been saving Wigan from relegation for most of his career

Saying that i wish him the best of luck...methinks hes going to need it

Actually, Moyes did get into the Qualifying stage of the CL for 1 season, just like Arsenal did this season just gone.

I stand corrected then

, they qualified but didnt make it past the qualifying rounds...in fact that was the year after Liverpool won the CL but UEFA had to make a special rule bend in order for them to defend the CL title as Everton pipped them to 4th place if again i am correct.
