*Next FIFA league, thoughs and opinions please*

If I am ok to be in the new league (I would like to be if poss) I will power through most of my games on Saturday night if that's ok. Also, I don't mind what league I am in, so Andy, if you want a more active player (based on this league) in the Premiership then feel free to swap them with me :)

I have worked hard, so I think the week off to recovery is more than justified, it would have been two, but I have a really big contract to fulfill and also two Sunday League Cup Finals to play 5 and 7 weeks after my operation so if I have too long off I wont start my rehab quick enough and will miss out on the two finals. Its touch and go if I make the first one anyway, and thats annoying in itself.

Anyway, back on topic. Like I said in an earlier post, I don't mind you not fulfilling all your fixtures as long as you complete enough games to ensure you finish in the top 7, as nothing this time around counts towards the Handicap Settings for the new team selection. As I see it, only 2 people can possibly prevent you finishing in the top 7, and that is all over if you win one of your games anyway.

But, that said, I am not a moderator for the two leagues, so as Rumple is your mod, he gets the final say.
 
Scrap that idea.

Although I have changed some plans after work. So I'll be online at about 5:50 until about 6:45 ish when I have to go and pick my GF and a friend up. It would be cool to play da_mic and utajoker :) And anyone else who is about.

Will you guys be available?
 
Haha just had a cracker of a game. Leverkusen (Me) v Inter Milan

One of those players whose pretty clever with the old tricks. Skinning me virtually every time I try to make a tackle.

I score 1st from a penalty, he then score 2 pretty decent goals one after the other, 2-1 to him. 70th minute comes I smack in some 35 yard beauty to make in 2-2, one of those ones where it curls over the top of the keeper. He then scores the luckiest goal ever to make it 3-2. 92nd minute I score the goal of my life, wide corner out to the edge of the box, swivelling volley into the top corner, absolute stunner, his face must have been a picture. :D

Extra time and he scores pretty much straight away. I was getting pretty mad as it was one of those "defender stuck to the striker" type of goals. Virtually straight from the kick off I run with my front man past his midfield, he brings a defender out, I luckily shimmy past him, then it's me v 2 defenders, what can you do? Smack it lol, the keeper got on the end of it but couldn't keep it out, he must have thought I was playing with him lol :D

Anyway penalties came and I won 3-1 :cool:

Just to rub it in I sent him a message after saying "Tricks don't win your games treacle!" :D
 
just playing scary and he's disconnected, assuming it was his net again

Edit - indeed it looks that way, fifa gave me a 3-0 win, I'll play the game again if I have time mate otherwise result may have to stand as we are getting near finishing date, just gimmie a shout
