*** Nexus 10 Tablet ***

It doesn't say midnight on the website so presumably it could be any time tomorrow.

(Although I'll probably check at midnight just to be certain. :))
 
I'll check at midnight, and if it's still not out at 1am, I'll go to sleep.

I'll then check tomorrow morning before I head to my lecture.

Any idea if cases for the Galaxy Note 10.1/Tab 2 10.1 will fit? They look pretty similiar external wise.

Dont get me wrong, I was rooting for the Nexus 10 but when it got obliterated in the graphics tests then consistently got beaten on battery tests I just didnt feel the money saved on it was worthwhile.To give you an example of Ipad 4's battery, I have 13 hours of real world mixed usage on the battery on this charge with 30% battery left.

Thanks, I would hope so. My friend has a case for his Note 10.1 which also allows him to bind an A4 paperpad to it. Very handy when taking notes/doing work during a lecture :(.

Bare in mind the Nexus 10 has an insane resolution, which is just over 4m pixels, compared to the iPad 4's 3.1m pixels, so the Nexus's GPU has a lot more work to do. Not to mention the software difference, unless you can get them to operate under the same OS and the same resolution, it's best to take those type of results with a pinch of salt.

Update: Keuchel has updated his post, indicating that Google has "stepped on the gas" and as such, the plan is to start taking orders through the Google Play devices store tomorrow morning, "around breakfast time" in Germany.

Hopefully it's quite early as i am up at 6am but won't be back at home until 5pm :(

If i can't get it ordered before i leave the house at 7:30am i'll have to wait and hope there is some left at 5pm !
 
I phoned pcworld earlier and they said that they will definately have stock tomorrow, I will be passing by at about 930am tomorrow to hopefully buy one :-) if they do have them that is

Edit- he said that as soon as they go live on the website tomorrow they will be available to buy in store

What exactly are you planing to do with your tablet that you need 13hrs worth of battery daily?
The only use I can think of, is if you frequently fly long distance and don't plan to sleep.

Clove are showing as available mid November and I expect others will also have them in stock.
