*** Nexus 10 Tablet ***

Seems like the newest update has fixed the random reboots.
Haven't had one since I installed it 10 hours a go. Normally would've had about 2 in that time. :)

Yup, just read some threads on the XDA about the about, this looks very promising and it's great Google ironed out a lot of bugs!

No OTA update for me yet, and I don't feel 100% comfortable with flashing...

Can you check the RAM usage please? Apparently 4.2.2 uses less RAM? Mine is using about 0.98gb right after boot.

I cleared services framework twice and got the update, however I am rooted and it appears I have some changed files in system folder, now I can't get the ota back. Going to try pushing it by adb tonight.

So I turned on my nexus last night and I have a faint green line running from top to bottom right through the middle of it :/

Contacted Google support and the girl on the end of the phone said I would get a new device and not a refurb.....now have to jump through a couple of hoops before I can send it off (power off/on, reset etc)

Think I might pick up one of these when the 32gb comes back in stock, to replace my tf101 which is feeling a little dated now.

Can someone with 4.2.1 JOP40D copy me the following file:

/system/lib/libSR_AudioIn.so
I installed beats audio and it changed this file which is stopping me from using OTA. Don't want to reflash everything.

Edit: nvm, forgot I have another nexus 10 here.

Woot, finally copied the 7 files the beats installer changed and update is a go, just in case anyone on this forum or elsewhere wants those files. You can copy them here:

These are the JOP40D 4.2.1 files that the beats installer changed (NEXUS 10 ONLY).

Fingers crossed I'll be more stable now. Voodoo OTA rootkeeper worked like a charm :)

I just sold mine on amazon (want to get get something smaller) and obviously don't want any problems cropping up, I've only ever sold cheap stuff in the past. I'll be sending the item by special delivery and padding the packaging as much as possible. Is there other precautions I should take ?.

Cheers

I'd take pictures of it before it gets boxed up, with it boxed and with the it sealed with the address label.
