Nexus 5 2015 refresh

2K at 5.2" is such an overkill if it's an RGB stripe screen.

I see why the do it if it's an OLED Pentile, but even then it's still a tad overkill.

1080p is almost a 2k resolution.

I find 1080p now necessary for a 5"+ screen.

I have to say resolution isn't really a big deal for me but I understand people use their phones as a significant tool and media player.

I'm also not bothered by screen resolution. I'm more concerned with battery life and camera, something my current N5 is poor at :(

So I'm fingers crossed for either of these phone's, or I may jump to the new moto play x.

Those Bezels!

The bottom bezel doesnt sit right with me at all.

Plus I guess due to the front speakers and bezel, its said to be 146mm tall, which is longer than the M9.
Wish it was shorter.

What are you comparing it to? One of the things I love about the G2 is how good the camera is. I used to have a Nexus 5 (got rid due to broken GPS) and the G2 camera is much better, especially in low light.

low light?? either you have a different camera in your g2 than the rest of the world or you didnt have the g2 because one of the main things that got blown up about the g2 was the camera been pathetic in low light

Honestly it's fine. N5 however struggled in low light big style.

Nope.... Bottom bezel is smaller on the nexus 6... Better for onscreen buttons. Add to that it has front speakers.

add to that it's too big unless you have shovel hands:p

meh, it's ok for the bottom bezel to be a bit bigger, because you don't want your thumb pressing anything whilst holding it to read a webpage or e-mail. It's all about the slim side bezels, making your screen look like it goes right to the sides.
