*** Nexus 5 Accessory Thread ***

I've just ditched my Spigen Hybrid. It was a great case but way to bulky really. The N5 is a very good looking bit of kit.

The real reason I got the Spigen is because I kept scratching the rear camera glass on my ONE X and the camera became, well, crap.

I think I will pouch the N5 from now on, although I did drop it on some tiles the other day and it almost just bounced right back up to my hand....

Will have to be a bit more careful if I am to live "sans" case :)

EDIT: Just ordered the LG QuickFlip Case. Will see what its like

Yes the LG Quick Cover is very nice, people say it's expensive and then I see people buying multiple cheaper cases trying to find a nice one so they end up paying just as much if not more than if they had just bought the Quick Cover in the first place..

If you don't mind paying out then a Brodit pro clip and a mount for the N5 might be an option.

Compared to ebay vent clips they are pricy but I couldn't find a solid vent mount for the recent Focus so went with a Brodit. It clips in at the bottom of the vent, over the plastic trim.
 
N5 arrived today. Just purchased the brodit passive holder for the N5 asI already had the pro clip installed. Also ordered the Ringke Fusion case after spending far too much time reviewing just about every case under the sun :p
 
Not really one for screen protectors but after I dropped my phone the other day thought it was better to be safe then sorry. Got a tempered glass screen protector off ebay for £6 and its pretty awesome, applying it was super easy, you basically just clean your phone, position it, and it just sticks, all you have to do is press the middle and the rest is done.

Feels amazing since it is actual glass and not some crappy plastic, no finger prints and such too. Pretty pleased with it.
