Nexus Prime

That looks rather nice.

and fat .... :)

and why bezel is so thick on top and bottom..would look better with slimmer bezel...

maybe will get up 5:30AM instead of 5:52AM :) switch laptop on, feed the cat, make cornflakes, sit down, eat and read :)

had a look on this image above again and they say that in its thinnest point it will have 8.8mm and thickest 11.5mm ...why it cant be 8.8mm all the lenght... :(

Probably so everything actually fits inside? :p

Also if that pic is real which I have no doubt it probably is, the OMAP 1.2 CPU is confirmed (if it wasn't already).

From picking out what I can from the bottom of that photo;

4.7" HD Super AMOLED Screen
1.2 GHz OMAP 4460
Avalable from the 11th November? (Assuming that's not the date of an expected release before the event was rescheduled?)
136 x 68 x 8.8 (With 11mm in brackets - Thickest point perhaps?)

Make of that as you will.

What's wrong with Texas Instruments?

The GPU is very dated. The GSII has a much better GPU so it's likely that the Prime will be step backwards in that area. I am not sure how much of an effect it will have on the phone as a whole but having a GPU that is only slightly faster than the one in the GSI will be disappointment IMO.

edit: If it's the 4460 then the GPU is the same as the original Galaxy.

Where did you find the GPU info from?

I'd be very pleased if those specs are true. Inferior to the SGSII in every way that matters to me, so it helps justify my purchase :D

Does anyone else feel a little disappointed with the specs? I'm wondering if it is worth changing from my DHD.

I am if they are right...
small battery for screen of that size..I was hoping for 1900..
1.2GHz ? really...sgs2 has 1.5 ?or at least LTE version will have 1.5...
and 5mpix at the back ? and I bet it will be rubish ...I was hoping for a camera with quality simillar to ip4...

maybe I should go for sgs2 as it will be cheaper to get now...

Based on the current specs I am a bit dissapointed.

<Open Tin Foil Hat Time>
I think that Google deliberately has the Nexus line made with deficiencies so as not to nupset othe hardware manufacturers.
</End Tin Foil Hat Time>

I just wish they would release something truly game changing for once.
