nice way to mount ssd

As far as I'm aware there is but you have to import from the states. Look on the icydock website. I've got a 4 3.5" sata in 3 5.25" icydock in the members market if you're looking

yer soz dont have the post count yet .... YET i wil tho promise no spam lolz

im just thinking a 5.25 drive bay with a hot swap ssd cage would be real nice

Very elegant .... but a waste of dosh for a SSD to be honest

Fine if you want to make use of a pile of 2.5" HDD's but hot swapping a SSD?

Most 3.5" - 2,5" bay converters will take 2 SSD's these days. Or go for the hidden velcro strip/blutack (lol) option :)

I just got my M4 128GB a few weeks ago. I've been moving it between my tower/laptop, the hot swap bay on the CM690 II is soooo handy for this. Im almost considering getting another hotswap bay for the 2.5" which came out of the laptop.

just googled the startech drive bay 4 ssd holder i like that one looks good but i think the twin one in post looks better tbh may well just get that, icydock idea not to sure about tbh . but the caddy in the pic is only like 20 quid well worth it for the look and neatness i reckon its called a nofan ssd quick release caddy

well just ordered one so hopefully its as good as it looks in the pics should be here monday i guess maybe lucky and get delivery tomorrow

all in now looks good hotswap ssd so the idea instaed of mutli boot screen for 5 or 6 OS is just hotswap drives anyway this is the unit looks good

so at present i have a 6 boot, boot menu im going to try when i get a second drive next month leaving the default option on one of the settings and just swapping the drives as and when i want see how it performs but for now its just a really neat way of storing my drive

I would be a bit sceptical about it providing a SATA interface on the back, it could affect performance if it's got some process to do and isn't a straight pass through.

I prefer the sticky back velcro approach to hide them behind the mobo :)
