I don't know these neighbours, they're like 3-4 doors down. So don't really feel comfortable knocking on their door and telling them to turn it down a bit, especially when they're a large group of 18-25 year olds (judging by their voices and choice of music)
Noisy neighbours very rarely from personal experience listen to another neighbour complaining, if it's every night or becomes a constant occurance get onto the council.

I had to use that ended up getting the council and a landlord involved, every 2 days boom boom boom of a sub from right at the top of a block of flats, 3rd floor. It was so loud it went through my roof and I could hear it through my window. 11pm - 3am, I have a direct line to this lady at the council if i hear it again i'll report it again
Well it's been an hour and a half since I called.. The guy did say that if someone was available then they would send them round, so I guess the police are either busy with proper crimes or they just can't be bothered... The guy also mentioned that he will pass the details to the council as they deal with noise complaints.
The parties around here are quite frequent, and usually the same 2 or 3 neighbours. I just ignore them on weekends though as it doesn't bother me too much when I don't have to work the next day, but tonight these neighbours are just taking this pee. All I can hear is loud music and screaming teenagers.

Need an excuse to suspend all works for tonight as my battery is about to run out leaving me with nothing to do. Officially only another hour to go but I'm dying here! If im considering giving the toilets a mop it might be time to go! Not that the blokes will moan at me.
