I find the later I go to sleep, the more vivid, imaginative, and weird dreams I have. Quite an experience sometimes. Probably 'cause I'm more tired and have a deeper sleep, but I don't really know why.

Had a pretty bad headache the last two days, finally took got some sleep a few hours ago and was gone, but starting to feel it coming back.

late nights don't help, but easier to get work done.

I usually get the most vivid dreams if I crash after work and sleep for like 2 hours - I usually wake up almost 2 hours on the dot from that from what feels like really deep sleep but have crazy vivid dreams.

I can't remember the last time I had a dream..

I have suffered with insomnia for loner than I care to remember and it really is crap.. been addicted to Zopiclone on and off for years now and generally can't fall asleep unless I take them, they are an awful drug for a start.

I don't remember the last time I fell asleep by being naturally tired

Often wake up at silly o'clock. Just been watching some Quest channel, destroyed in seconds. Other times watch some Twitch or catch up TV or pop in to this forum.

One of our support guys in the "follow the sun" policy is off, so was asked if I'd work SG hours today and get some things done. Couldn't sleep early yesterday, even though I was up at 6am - so been up all day, then started work (from home, fortunately) at 1am today.

Been working solidly (and catching up on some GD threads

) which has made the time go easier. Couple more hours to do.
