I kinda flip to this mode whenever i don't have a Uni/Job to go to in the AM. Gets a bit boring

Same here, I'm not getting to sleep tonight, thats become quite obvious!

Ive been out of work for a month so it's kinda become the norm, luckily have a new job starting on the 24th and cant wait to get back into a routine.

Going to try and reset my body clock and stay up all day! It does get very tedious.

Not been to sleep yet. Was working until 1ish this morning, got a heavy day today, which is probably why I couldn't sleep. Will probably top today off with a good ol session down the boozer, to be woken at 6am on tomorrow by my daughter wanting to go to the park. This is what life's all about, folks

Any pointers for someone going from 8-4 , 9-5, 10-6 ..Monday to Friday over to 4 on , 4 off... 12 hour nights?

You'll be fine.
did a 60 hour week in london last week with about 3-4 hours sleep each night.
had 2 hours of sleep today, and about to go to work now.

I find having something to look forward to helps. the most

I have insomnia
