I like my Air Max's and air force ones, never pay over £45 from the outlet though

Running?? Get some decent running shoes or even nike running shoes are under £30 from the outlet

I'm not the tallest/biggest bloke around so yeah (Polish roots eh), UK 6.5 I believe (tho it depends on model, mostly 6.5' trainers are to small , but Oxfords for example are good in that size).

How do you stay standing on a windy day?

Buy men's/boys female foot shape is fairly different to males, especially as you're running any fit change will be magnified!

I'm very pleased my GF has child size feet... Makes things much cheaper

I used to buy these shoes, think I had 3 pairs and all 3 have fallen apart in less than a year. Pretty crappy to be honest especially for the price.

Nike Air Max used to be great quality. I bought a pair back in the early 00's that lasted me years of use. Bought another set to replace them after about 10 years and they were in the same state after about 2 years!!

Now started wearing Adidas ZX Flux. Cheaper, more comfortable and look good.
