I tried to get help from Powercolor and TUL.
Still no answer from

freeman h." <[[email protected]] wrote to me once to contact local distributor as europe warranty says but...
I'd try to explain . I HAVE FAULTY 5700xt red devil. I bought it from downstream seller (company). I have invoice.
The downstream seller bought a GPU from distributor https://powercolor.com/distributors?area=2&type=1499242518
I have no idea from which one. The downstream seller does not answer the phone and does not reply to e-mails about RMA for two weeks.
None of the distributors want to help me. They demand proof that the downstream seller bought a card from them. They say they can't RMA card sold by other distributor.
In conclusion, I bought a GPU with a three-year warranty, but I cannot take advantage of it because Powercolor RMA system in Europe is... defective.
I am left alone with a broken GPU. Any tips what can I do?
