No idea how to RMA powercolor GPU

I have had the card for a year. I am angry with myself. There were problems with GPU from the very beginning. On the internet were two fractions. First claimed that a black screen means a faulty GPU. The second said that the problems were due to drivers, OC of other components, or low-end RAM. I wanted to believe the fraction number two so I didn't return it. Now I have a period where I play more so I can see how often the card crashes. Every new driver works worse and worse. And now whenI've decided to do something about it, I can't :mad:

The 20.2.2 drivers from last year (also 20.4.1) April 2020 were the ones some of the 5700XT users were going back to that pre-dated all the crash issues. Have you tried these ?

However with the drivers from Aug onwards people reported less crashes with 5700xt cards.

Kernal 41 is power issues usually, mostly from instable oc or not enough volts. Tho could indicate something with psu.
Also increase your Memory voltage slightly if still at stock, I had a problem with my 5700XT and it solved it for me (weirdly enough!).

1. turned on PBO
2. turned on c-states
3. set LLC to 4 instead of a auto (too high peaks on auto)
4. increased RAM vcore one step higher than stable
5. increased CPU vcore one step higher than stable
6. manually set RAM SOC to 1.05, auto was 1.16

No BSOD so far. Thanks for tips. It is sad it is not possbile to use hardware just out of box.

Yea pc stuff is never plug and play really, always gotta do something to the bios when u get a computer built by urself, always gotta tweak windows, and drivers and settings. Thats why most go consoles i think, for the simplicity of it.
