No signal to monitors

are you using compatible memory with the ryzen setup?
Using Corsair Vengeance 2666mhz 2x4GB. Tried using just one and tried all 4 of the slots.

My guess is you've run out of memory available to oprom for the card to initialise. If you take stuff out does it work again? Can you go in the BIOS and disable net oprom/net booting, and any other hardware you are not using like serial, parallel, firewire ports etc.
First time I hit this was when adding 5 x 2 port gig nics to an old server several years ago. Only 2 of them got initialised.
It will not boot with GPU in our out, with different GPU in it, with just one RAM stick and tried it will different HDDs and with the bare minimal installed.

Ordered a PSU so will try that tomorrow and post the results.

The reason I queried was DisplayPort>VGA adapters need a signal to tell them to turn on/stay on. I've had to replace my monitor with a newer one that is already compatable.

The issues has been resolved.

Wanted to thank everyone who replied.

I took it to be checked out and was told there were some bent cpu pins. They were straightened out and now it's booting properly.
