Hi guys,
I've had this problem for a while now (many years), but I've not needed to get in to my BIOS for a long time.
My PC is connected to my monitor via a DVI cable (assuming DVI-D). The graphics card is an X850 XT. When I boot up, the monitor searches for a signal, and only when Windows gets to the login box it actually shows an image.
I'm assuming my graphics card should output a signal for the monitor in DVI mode, but I can't figure out what I should do to fix it.
I know the VGA output on the card works, however I don't have a VGA cable any more to use!
Is there some sort of setting I might be missing?
Thanks,
Dave
